All purchases of virtual currency are final. We do not provide refunds for purchased gold/coins, except as required by applicable law. All purchases are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase.
3.4 Use of Virtual Currency
Virtual currency can only be used within the app for in-app purchases such as power-ups, designs, or other virtual items. The value and availability of items purchasable with virtual currency may change at any time without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your game data. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including but not limited to:

We cannot and will not restore, recover, or refund any lost data, including purchased virtual currency or in-app purchases, even if the loss was accidental. Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss of data, virtual currency, or in-app purchases, regardless of the cause. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's terms and conditions apply to all purchases. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.
The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our express written permission.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
